how do I pay for multiple buy it now items with combined postage

Hi,If I want to buy several of the same 'buy it now' items from one seller who has agreed combined postage, how do I pay the revised amount? I have asked for a revised invoice, is this correct and what should the seller do to obtain payment?Thanks
