no you don`t have to do that, just use it without Ebay, new phones are ridiculous in size now to the point of embarrassing to be seen with them.

lots of people have this issue, if your phone is a 2019 android or older the app has been cancelled for loads of ebayers

And there you have it, you are using an iPhone but this is android phones and your solution does not work.

it does not matter how old your phone is, it is not up to ebay to dictate when you get a new one. and i bet all other apps work fine like amazon etc.

It is not a solution as it does not work, only ebay technical can sort this but they are not interested.
