I have relisted an item and changed the auction to include a Buy It Now option. It hasn't appeared on the listing and as someone has now put in a bid I cant revise it again. Is this a known bug ? Is the only answer to end the listing and do it again ...

Site Preferences - it won't let me offer to combine postage and packing on multiple purchases

I want to offer all buyers the abilty to combine postage and packing on mutiple purchases. I click the 'edit' button for that option but nothing happens, is this a bug ? or does ebay not want me to combine postage thus reducing their final value fee ...
