Hi. I don’t use labels I let Royal Mail bring them. If you sell an item
just book a collection and Royal Mail will collect from your address and
bring the label. No labels needed, not using printer ink and 100%

Hi can anybody help, I refunded a buyers payment immediately after they
paid for the item as it was not what they wanted. However although the
refund was confirmed on PayPal the item is still showing up as sold and
waiting to be posted
