Is anyone else experiencing a change since 01/01/21 of 0% VAT being
applied to eBay orders for UK Domestic Shipping. This is the case even
though all listings are populated with a Default 20% VAT Rate
Getting some seriously annoyed European customers!Questioning (quite
rightly) why they are being charged VAT in the UK and then being charged
VAT AGAIN on importation since 01/01/21.
Same response for us! Amazed that a company such as eBay cannot grasp
this and have adjusted things ass about backwards!Also, VAT to European
customers now showing as 20% which should now be 0%. Now annoying
customers who are quite rightly questionin...
