Why has my 100% feedback been ruined after 16 years now down to 97.5 by
one buyer she asked for and got £5 refund on one item I was happy for
her to returm them but she kept full bundle of 7 dolls and left bad
feedback.she sells many dolls Can't see ...
I have opened case with Ebay for return unfortunatley forgot to press
save on photos sbmitted ,how do i send them can't seemto get any answer
to this so don't know if ebay have photos have sent them o.k. to seller
they come up on my sent list .
