Seller changed price of item that I made a offer on.

Item had a buy it now price of £108 I made a offer of £92 they came back with counter offer of £120 they have increased the original selling price is this allowed ?
unable to delete items from my watch list

I have tried to delete items in my watch list but when I click on conferm they do not get removed .
