Buyer asks for partial refund on item he says us faulty when i know its
not. Wants 50% refund but oartial refund he keeps item and basically
gets it for half price
He opened up faulty case and i sent 2 itwms but he said 1 faulty. Wanted
partial refund and i sent some and now its close and i will not get the
faulty item back
