Can't download listings on Ebay app??? · 10-04-2017

Hi everytime I try and list and item I keep getting no connection check Internet connection. Everything else works so my Internet is fine. Are ebay having problems?This is the second night in a row now!!

I still have a defect record on my seller dashboard that's over 1 yr old. I thought they were removed after 12 maths? ?
