Anyone else having problems with tracking scams? If seller up loads tracking the buyer can no longer claim non-delivery of item, so sellers are posting items to their own or friends addresses not to the buyers address ...I live in essex and item was ...

i thought sellers couldnt leave rude and negative comments on feedback, seller was a bleep bleep con artist selling broken goods as new, then leaves nasty feedback saying the ebayer is a 'BAD EBAYER' for complaining...about time ebay got rid of feedb...

I've lodged complain with paypal but they still say i must claim through ebay, ebay won't allow me to claim because (false) tracking was uploaded....going round in circles
