Won't let me buy keeps asking to contact for postage price

Hi, I've got a potential buyer who can't make the purchase as it keeps asking her to contact the seller for a postage price. I asked if she's from UK mainland (as I've blocked all other locations) and she said she is. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
