nope amazon does not require photo id. i have never been asked once for photo id by amazon.

its complete bull you want people's id so you can make money off them by selling to 3rd party people. Its an invasion of privacey.

That is just an excuse banks do not require the level of id that ebay is requiring. There is no national id card in the UK. We do not need one.
