Twice recently I’ve been charged international fees with items I’ve been
requested to post to Uk addresses. The eBay explanation is that the
buyer’s account is registered abroad. My question is whether it is
possible to block buyers registered abroad...
I understand the charges, my question was more is there a way to avoid
them by stopping people registered abroad from purchasing my items in
the first place. Is there a way to block all users registered abroad
from seeing your listings
