eBay are rogues witholding my money!

eBay are witholding over £800 of MY money on a sale for a month. I am not happy! Totally disgusted with eBay! I have 1813 X 100% posiitive feedback and have been a member for years! Bad practice eBay! Again, I am DISGUSTED!
