Having exactly the same problem, some of my items are on my 3/5 day
delivery date yet eBay are refusing to take them from my score where l
am now getting close to the 3 mark. l have appealed on all 11 late
dates, Ebay are saying that thier algorithm'...
ethical answer would be, if on PayPal (example) to repay the money back
to the account it came from if possible, as you wouldn't like to be
cheated yourself
