I've just so,d an item and the winning bidder has an awful track record
of not paying. I would like to cancel the transaction and offer the item
to the next highest bidder. Can I do this?
@angelah1847 I never said the eBay message says buyers HAVE to pay
within 48 hours - I said the message says the buyer can take up to 48
hours to pay. My point is why say that when if you go through
resolution, they get a lot longer than that to pay....

message again. I have screen shot it and a happy to send it to you if
you like. It clearly says the buyer can take up to 48 hours to pay.
Doesn’t that depend on your accepted payment method? Mine is set as
PayPal so if a buyer wants to pay by cheque then surely they need to ask

I would also add I have never left negative feedback for anybody - if I
am not happy with my purchase I contact them and this has always been
resolved. For buyers who I have to go through a dispute to get payment I
just don’t leave any feedback which...
