That is why I mentioned both Private & buisness sellers in terms of
sales per day week, etc* I certainly never suggested a private seller
should have to reply straight away, but regardless if a buyer messages
and asks for details about the item after...

Well my thread was more related to aftersales & as a seller myself I
expect some sort of reply, especially if its about postage or delivery
timeframes...again no excuse not to reply to a message/question from a
buyer and not worth potentially landing...
If a seller has the time to list an item in the first place then they
should also have the time to reply. No excuse not to reply as far as I'm
