Final value fee much higher than expected when I sold my banger!??

Hi, can anyone advise me why I got a £20 final value fee on top of a £10 listing fee (total £30) when I sold my Clio for £425 buy it now. I was expecting 1% final value fee of £4.25 + the listing fee. Tia
