I found an email address for eBay and sent them a message.That resulted
in a refund of £15 so I was pleased with that.The answer in my case was
email rather than AI or chat bots etc.Peter
Yes it's exasperating . I am on the verge of cancelling my account.They
charge me twice for the same sdvert.I made an error and ended the advert
in error minutes after posting it.I reinstated it but they now charged
me £30 instead of £15.I left them ...
