Amazon has got a lot more business from me since I started struggling with this issue. It's not all items but most are unavailable in my location.

I'm another one. Trying to buy a bike chain and have tried several suppliers in several locations. I was also fobbed off via support who said they would escalate it up to the next department and get back to me - that was the last I heard!!!
