we are finding problems with using ebay messages, if we are viewing a message and want to see the item to check purchases or other info on the listing the link in the message does not work it opens a new tab but just gives a blank page, it also does ...

as you cant save a message as unread it causes problems where we forget to deal with a query when back at the pc because the message is not highlighted. It would be very helpful to be able to save messages as unread to avoid costly mistakes
