I usually use Evri and asked to opt out of RM.The next order from me -
the client chose RM!So even though I closed the toggle on RM as a
preference it still went ahead and offered RM to the buyer.I just can't

You have to opt out of giving the buyer the choice between Evri and
Royal Mail. You must adjust the toggle so that it does not show up blue
- then they only have one choice to go with and that's RM. I am choosing
