I dont know who is at fault in this situation. I bought an item ,opted
for click and collect. Waited. I contacted seller,seller says item been
signed for .sent me tracking number,it does say delivered.where is my
item ?
hi , When im sending parcels with hermes i usually write the address by
hand first on the parcel then when i print the label i stick it on . so
i dont get mixed up . . unfortunately i did get mixed up ! and stuck the
alternating labels on two parcels...
I'm waiting for a member to return an item,meanwhile my funds amounting
to the refund are unavailable ,because there wad insufficiant money my
account is in arrears. How can I pay pending postage on items I am in
the process of selling?
Hi thanks for all your help. Ebay was at fault.They didnt send the
collection code to me.my parcel sat at Argos for seven days before being
returned to sender.I was refunded instantly .
