I have 7 items shown as awaiting dispatch, but they were actually delivered on 5 June, and I have confirmed receipt with buyer. There doesn't appear to be any way of deleting these.

Hi John, thanks for that.trying to get my head around that because if I hit pay now, I have already paid £2 for each item. Are you saying that the seller should then refund any difference to my account? I'm sure he would as I have spoken to him sever...

Thank you everybody who responded. I am in total agreement that the buyer should be reimbursed for an item he didn't receive. It just seems like the seller, even though he has done everything he/she can, has to jump through hoops to get any reimburse...
