Customer has won auction & emails that he bid on wrong item so would like to withdraw from purchase

Upon winning auction. I get an email from from said buyer. Saying he bid on the wrong item.And he would like me to cancel the transaction. How do I cancel that transaction without getting charged listing & final valuation fees ?
