I offered both 'collect in person' and Simple Delivery. Had the buyer
opted for Simple delivery I was offering free postage. They collected in
person. How do I ensure that I don't end up paying for a postal service

eBay did take the postage money, even though I listed the item as both
Simple Delivery and 'collection in person', so I was grateful for the
link, peaseblossom. I think that there is a bit of a loophole here.

I did hate Simple Delivery and I've changed my mind about that. I now
opt for it because I like being able to print off a postage label, I
like the fact that it makes things quicker for me at the Post Office
(and quicker for people in the queue behin...
