They have £700 of mine which they wil not release. Complete blackmail.
They have never bothered before as they had no money of mine as I've not

Ebay have brought this on themselves by wanting to handle the payment.
In the good old days it was a simple PAYPAL transaction between buyer
and seller , Ebay had nothing to do with it, it was up to buyer and
