I sold an item on wednesday , Thursday the buyer contacted me to say they would pay the following week ( tuesday )I do not feel this is fair or acceptable as i had other watchers and clearly they did not have the funds ? Advise please anyone ?

Buyer said they did not receive item but i have reason to not believe them
