Unauthorised deduction for charity from my salles

I recently sold an item and when i received the invoice information i saw that £10 had been removed from the total! I have not authorised this nor would i .I have allways made my own choices about who or what i pay , I would like this money returned to my account.How will this happen and why did it happen in the first place.Advice please

If it's the Swarovski necklace then it's because you listed it with a 10% donation to the British Red Cross Society. If you look at the listing here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/235554541939 you can see that it was a charity auction - which is something the seller selects on the listing page. Ebay don't add charity donations to listings. To be honest, I doubt very much you'll be able to get it back from ebay as they will tell you that you listed it like that whether you intended to or not.
