I don't like the new formats used on e-bay, the old style from like 5 to 10 years ago was far better. e.g you now get "over 60miles away" in listings rather than the number of miles (which was really handy). You used to also get for cars, the number of miles that the car had done but now you have to dig deeper to see that. The worst thing is trying to search by simple things like price - there used to be a helpful shortcut set at the side of the standard drop down search criteria which would allow you to further define the drop down search i.e. if you select price, you currently get a set 3 price ranges but when you clicked on the shortcut which was at the right hand side of the dropdowns, it would come up with basically a list of these dropdowns that you could enter your own limit on price (in this case). Who is it that thinks they are improving things by making the many changes - a lot of which are in fact making things worse. Would it be possible to intoduce changes in a better manner such as Microsoft do by way of releasing trial versions so e-bay could allow users to try a new method and feedback on their experience and perhaps make some worthwhile suggestions that could be considered before incorporating it for real?
