went to north wales to buy a morris 1000 classic car .paid for it cash .and the delivery  at the guys house. Now he's not answering email or phone number. So now what are my option with ebay .he still selling other classic cars .

You gave him £1,000 in cash for him to deliver it then left?

Unfortunately, you'll have no protection from ebay. It is between you and the seller.

No I paid for the car .and the delivery together .I've just been in touch with the cops as he's cut contact
So the north wales police are going to see him as he's still trading but with other cars .

His listing violates eBay rules by, for example, listing his phone number and asking for a deposit.

 

An avenue you can follow is contacting trading standards via citizens advice on the grounds the seller is a vehicle trader selling as a private individual [private account rather than a business account] = 

Selling as a private seller when you are actually a trader is against the law.
