My active listing is not showing in search results

Good evening folks. I posted an ad a few hours ago and it went to active almost straight away. So far it has had 0 views and 0 watchers.  This is a little concerning as it is quite a collectable motorcycle with a low start price. So I did a search using the exact title Suzuki GSX1100 Katana and no results. Also searched the item number which is 365354501224 and even that does not show in the results. This is the first time I have had this happen and I'm confused.

Same thing is currently happening to me, my items I listed last night and today are showing in my sellers hub, but not on my account or in search results.

For the millions of listings that get pushed live each day by people it can take upto 24 hours for the items to show on search results etc. Ebay need to index the items so they appear on ebay, google etc etc.

It's now been over 24 hours since my first lot of listings were completed, and they still aren't showing. It usually takes no more than 5 minutes, I also listed some stuff earlier today and they haven't appeared yet either.

After going on live help it would appear that the reason for the delay in my ad going live was 24 hours because the title contained a word relating to banned items for sale and it takes someone 24 hours to read the ad and approve it. I complained that I paid for a 7 day listing and due to the delay only received a 6 day listing. I was credited the cost of my listing to my account. Happy days

It can take up to 48 hours sometimes for items to appear when the site or that particular category you are listing in,  is busy.

You currently have 100 listings,   with 18 New Listings showing.

Thanks - I realised it's because I tried to list two military surplus items, so they take longer to be indexed, everything else goes on within 5 mins.
