support is genuinely incapable of fixing the problem i am having and multiple other sellers

Ever since last Sunday me and multiple other sellers have had our listings hidden from profiles and searches, whilst also making them unable to be bought from the mobile app, i have opened multiple tickets to try and get ICT to look into the issue but all they tell me is that it all looks fine and my listings are active, its like they do not even attempt to open the mobile app and look at my profile to see there is an issue, every time i call someone tells me to reset the app and sign out, over and over again, i have done it all and can assure support it is not an issue on my end, i have multiple other users who have reached out to me with the exact same problem so it clearly is not, this has gone on way too long and is seriously damaging mine and others cash flow with significant losses already being accounted for just based on average sales, i sent all the appropriate screenshots in my ticket yet no solution or reason has even been found.

This is also happening to me and started at the same time, causing my sales to absolutely tank since then. I have tried support and calling them and they just say it’s fine when it’s really not fine at all. Every single one of my listing suddenly cannot be bought from the app and are hidden from search. This is clearly a bug on eBay’s end which is really affecting my sales massively since the majority of my customers come from the mobile app.

Exact thing is happening to me, on android and PC its completely fine, however on Iphone it has the issue of not displaying all my listings and they cant be searched for anymore. Been on the phone to support for them to say they'll escalate it to technical team who just give me the same reply of uninstalling and clearing cache but its not a problem on my end because multiple buyers try to buy and get hit with the message of you cant buy from the app add to your wishlist, so frustrating I completely agree why can't they check through an Iphone device on their end it makes no sense.
