We are seeing similar reports, could you please confirm why are you not able to do this? As in what error are you getting when you try to download the app?

When on the app trying to login, it says “Something Went Wrong.”
I have contacted customer service and they have sent Technical Team my problem.
Its been an issue for three days now, i can login via website, just not the app.

If this was sent to the tech team, then me sending it again would probably only slow down things for you. However, if you need further assistance on this, please let me know and I will be happy to take a further look for you. 👍
I understand that you've probably been told this already, but in case you haven't, while that is being checked for you, something you could try to see if it fixes it, is deleting the app and then reinstall it. If it works, happy days, if it doesn't, then you would get an update on the issue once tech reviews it.
