Can I update my account details to show it has been delivered? No. 
Am I able to get my money? No. 
Does Ebay respond to feedback? No.

If you sent the item tracked, add the tracking number to the sale and your funds may be released two or three days after it shows delivered, otherwise funds could be held for up to 21 days.
