Hi. Android ebay app message hard to use.
If I open messages, any slight finger slip causes the message to vanish.
From the home page - the message can still be accessed.
Is it possible to prevent accidental hiding of current messages or must we wait for ebay to improve the interface operation?
There is a further problem where Ebay displays the message "you are all caught up" and no messages are displayed. It does not explain what I am "caught up" in or how to free myself (so that messages show again). I've tried stopping and even reinstalling the app but I cannot free the "caught up" messages.
