April 2025 and today, when trying to use the app to sell similar or revise a listing, Ebay send me to the Web browser every time. I have Android 11 and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but can't progress. I don't want to get a laptop out just to sell similar or do any of the normal actions we can usually do on the app. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just a temporary glitch? It's doing my head in!
I've reported it on the app but who knows if Ebay will read it. Wonder if it's something to do with the new simple postage being rolled out for private sellers?
You may need to set up business policies or check a box or use some feature that cannot be done through the app. Once you have done that, you should be able to finish listing using the app.
The app has restrictions when it comes to simple delivery, for example with dispatch times. I would never use it for something as complicated as listing.
