Seller doesn't answer after a watch was sent back by warranty issue

I bought a TISSOT watch from ag watch shop (CRM in Blessington, Ireland) on eBay.  The watch has a problem after 2 months and I asked the seller about could I contact with a local Tissot service (it was original, registered on Tissot site) but they asked me to send back as "it is our responsibility".  After they got the watch with tracked parcel, they doesn't communicate, doesn't respond on my letters, only asked what was the tracking number and eBay number...and still no communication, it 30 days has gone.  I plan to proceed a legal action. The law enforcement agency (EU so no problem) will submit a formal request for information through the appropriate legal channels and eBay fully cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will provide any necessary information upon receiving a valid legal request. I have the postal certificate about CRM received the watch at the address provided by ag watch shop.  Do you have any experience, is it a proper way or how could I speed up the process. Sooner or later I will get the watch or money, but needs extra time and effort for both parties...  If eBay could push a little the seller for communication, it would be OK but as it over 30 days, they support only if I start a legal claim.

eBay have nothing to do with warranties so would have no input in this matter.

"eBay fully cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will provide any necessary information upon receiving a valid legal request"

They do regarding stolen items etc but in your case you are speaking about enforcing a warranty.

As you say you plan legal action, it's best to get legal advice in your home country, Hungary.

Hi, I don't enforce warranty. Seller insisted to send back, I wanted to arrange the service in legal Tissot service point.  And now I don't want any service, only my watch return...but it disappeared like the seller's communication. Technically stolen.  Legal action: Hungary policy is not competent, I was there to make my action. As many of my relatives liv in Ireland, we will open the case in Ireland.
