Received what looks like a return but it’s not mine

I have received a return from an  eBay user in Belfast - a cosmetic mirror backview but it is not mine never sold one never bought one, how do I get it back to the right person but obviously not at my cost?

Unless you can somehow identify the seller, there is nothing you can do.  Keep an eye out for it happening again as it might be that an overseas seller has your address as the return address on their account.  If so, then getting ebay to deal with that is not easy!

Possibly a brushing scam if it's a cheap item.

If you have the seller's details you could contact them about it through their feedback page if they don't currently have any items for sale.
