eBay and PayPal are separate coampnies, best to contact PayPal for a PayPal problem surely?

If it's a PayPal problem, you need to contact PayPal. Ebay can't help you with PayPal account problems.

If you mean that there is a payment to Ebay itself on your PayPal account, that will be to cover your monthly Ebay bill, as per the advisory email you'll have received from Ebay a couple of weeks ago.

You can click on the invoice in your Ebay account to see exactly what selling fees you've incurred.  Ebay invoices are never wrong, so there's no point in contacting them. Go instead to the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page) to remind yourself of Ebay's (and PayPal's) fees if necessary.

hi,i know its not ebay bill,its a unknown item,not on my purchases list,,asking for more funds to pay,when i dont know what it is,why cant we contact pay pal by email,this hole system is getting pointless.
