the details of my credit card have been stolen from unknow person.what can I do?

Last night I received 5 messages on my self phone informing me that my credit card has been used for buying goods from a company in Hong Kong.(MIHOYO LIMITED HONG KONG HK).I have cancelled my credit card this morning but I don't know if I will receive my money back.Please let me know what is the purpose of buying products online and pay with paypal and still to be stolen from some stupid people.

The Credit Card Company should refund!

I don't understand why you refer to paying by Paypal in the same question. Nothing to do with Paypal if your Credit Card details have been misused.

I would try to contact your bank or visit them if they are open . I had this happen many years ago .
