medal taken without consent listed for sale on ebay how do i report this

My falklands medal was taken without consent (stolen) from my uncles house when he was evicted by local council, now listed for sale on ebay 30 years later how do i get it returned

If i were you this is what i would do if its a live listing.

Bid on it to get it back.

Sorry Ebay won't be able to help. We could all claim that a Pre Owned Item has been illegally listed for Sale on here. You need to get some Legal Advice as your Name and Offical Number should be on it.
