sold item through global shipping programme and athough it arrived at ebays hub the customer hasn't received it. The customer has opened up a case with ebay and I guess they automatically will just refund customer after so many days. Under the GSP ebay is responsible to get it to the customer once i've got it to their hub so I shouldn't lose out. However i cannot contact ebay at all. Can anyone help?
No, you shouldn't lose out if the tracking shows delivery to the GSP depot.
