How can i contact ebay for bid ended and posted but fake item recieved, contacted seller several times no response. Not going to let these go because this is not the first and second time.

Answer given as per UK  - but as you are in Eire you most likely need to open a PayPal case.

Have edited this as I hadn't checked that the buyer is in Ireland.

As stated elsewhere, I believe you have to open a case in Paypal
