Why won't eBay remove 'Wanted' ads ?

Even when Reported eBay does NOT remove 'Wanted' ads.    WHY ?

I reported a seller ages ago who sold a Aprilia RS 250 motorcycle months ago but the advert still remains "Similar Wanted For Cash" and has not been removed despite my report

How are you reporting...?  You need to use the 'Report' button on the listing.  That's the only way to get a listing looked at by the correct department and dealt with.

if you use the   Report Inappropriate Content    button and say 'advertising - wanted' it will be remove during that working day.
