Why are ebay still allowing sellers to misrepresent Sicura watches as Breitling
It's a bit like sellers who say things like "I cannot and will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post".
EBay doesn't "allow" sellers to say this either, as their money back guarantee to buyers states exactly the reverse.
Both statements are meaningless, as eBay will enforce its rules regardless of what the seller says. If a watch listed as Breitlimg turns out to be a Sicura, eBay will require the seller to refund the buyer in full. Just as they will if an item is lost or damaged in the post.
Ebay don't allow it - there's a 'Report' button on every listing, and buyers are protected by the Money Back Guarantee.
If the seller is a UK business seller, you should also report them to Trading Standards.
exactly where is your evidence that eBay are "allowing"?
