Seller agreed to credit me for one of two items less there postage cost, as the item was small enough to fit inside a normal envalope, it was posted back by Royal Mail last December , unfortunatly no tracking no. No refund has been given to date and supplier has not responded to my e mails via ebay and logged, as I also retracted a review for making my mistake which was the reason I requested a return, I cannot review again, can the review be retracted, this would at least be some consolation for what I consider appalling after sales customer service.

You can't change feedback.
You have to do returns the proper way through an Ebay case. There is nothing you can do now, as you have no tracked proof of return and in any case are likely to be out of the 30 days allowed by ebay.
