Received a load of green ebay boxes and ebay packaging but did not order them?

I received a package full of ebay branded boxes, bags, tape etc. I didn't order these nor was there any address, dispatch note or information. Anyone else received these items? Is this a scam?

ebay are sending out random piles of packaging as a 'gift' to sellers,

no one seems to know why, or how they are choosing who gets them

have you bought ebay packaging in the past?

Not that I know of! What's concerning is this was sent to a business address that doesn't have an ebay account, so seems very odd.
