I bought an item in September 2020, and have been sending messages from January 2021, but still have not received the item. They say they are sending the item but now Ebay says that it has been more than 90 days and the refund does not apply?

I am so frustrated!

why did you leave it so long?

you get 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a not received case, you are out of time to use ebays money back guarantee,  you could try opening a case through paypal instead
