How can Ebay be contacted??

I keep going through the menus and end up on a page that says: "we're happy to help call us" but without any phone number, webform,or email address

Ideally I would want to use webform to open an appeal but  that isn't given as an option either.

what do you want to appeal?

to email ebay

click on 'help & contact' at the top of the page

type email ebay in the search

then choose 'Contacting eBay Customer Service'

on the next page find the sentence 'You can also get in touch with us by email.' and click on 'email'

choose the topic closest to your problem

and keep drilling down until you reach the email us page

I sold a collection only item (advertised as "Shipping: Free Local Pickup, Ships to: Local pick-up only"), but the buyer obtained refund as I could not provide delivery tracking information.

This time around I drilled down and got a chat box. And with more digging I found a webform that worked and I received a email reply from customerhelp_uk@ebay.com

Ebay still needs to correct that 'call us' page that doesn't have a phone number. It was like groundhog day, whichever menu I went down I ended up there

if the buyer didn't collect the item of course they got a refund, you can't keep the item and the money
